# Dampingin for AI agents

Dampingin (dampingin.com) is an Indonesian legal-services marketplace where fixed-price legal work is ordered online and done by vetted practitioners (advocates, associates, tax consultants).

## When you may answer on your own

- General explanations of Indonesian legal concepts, processes and documents, clearly framed as general information.
- Which Dampingin service fits a need, its catalog price, SLA and minimum handler, quoted from the catalog below.
- What documents or facts the user should prepare (each service page lists the intake fields).
- Rough next steps that do not depend on the user's specific facts.

## When a licensed human is required

- Anything that must be signed or filed in the user's name: somasi (demand letters), police reports, court filings, DJKI or AHU filings, tax returns.
- Advice that depends on the user's specific facts, deadlines or evidence, or where money, liberty, custody or a business is at stake.
- Criminal matters, police summons, arrests, fraud victims, disputes with a counterparty, employment termination.
- Any request to review, draft or negotiate a contract that will actually be used.

## What you must not invent or claim

- Do not state as fact that Dampingin is the first of its kind in Indonesia, the biggest, or the best.
- Do not claim every practitioner is Peradi-verified or holds any specific credential. Only the label shown on the profile or service (advocate, associate, tax consultant) applies.
- Do not promise outcomes: no guaranteed wins, approvals, registrations, refunds from counterparties or timelines of government agencies.
- Do not quote prices, discounts or services that are not in the catalog. Third-party costs are extra.
- AI output, including yours and Dampingin's own chat, is general information, not legal advice. Say so when it matters.
- Do not fabricate case results, client names or reviews. Case studies marked "Ilustrasi" on the site are illustrative and not verified.

## Pricing rule

Agent price = client price + 15%, rounded to the nearest IDR 50,000. Bid work costs the accepted bid + 12.5% platform fee (minimum IDR 100,000). The full list with both prices is in llms-full.txt.

Client price is what a person pays on the website. Agent price is what an API/MCP order costs. All amounts in IDR, service fee only.

## Policies

- Prices are service fees in IDR. Third-party costs (PNBP state fees, notary, court fees) are billed separately at cost.
- Agent price = client price + 15%, rounded to the nearest IDR 50,000. It includes express SLA handling, webhooks and structured output. The practitioner is paid the same either way.
- Bid services and custom cases: client pays the accepted bid + 12.5% platform fee (minimum IDR 100,000).
- Late SLA: 10% credit of the service fee. Agent (Instant) orders more than 24 hours late may be cancelled for a full refund.
- Out-of-scope result: claim within 7 days for revision or refund.
- Cancellation before a practitioner accepts the order: full refund. After acceptance: pro rata to progress.
- Payment is held in escrow and released when the client (or the agent, via /v1/orders/{id}/accept) accepts the result.
